Earthquakes Struck Indonesia

Two earthquakes, scaled 5.5 and 5.7, struck northern Sumatra in the morning of June
13th. The quakes also cast influence on the territory of Malaysia, raising anxiety
among the residents. Affecting regions such as Malacca Straights, Selangor, Perak,
and Malacca State, the occurrence caused no tsunami alarm, and none of the affected
regions had casualties reported.
The shake still raised discussion over evacuation conduct and response to earthquakes
among the areas.
